What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Since the kit is personalised, we do not guarantee refunds, but if there is an issue with your kit, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my kit?
Kits are shipped in time for December 1st to ensure a full month of holiday storytelling. Order by November 15th to guarantee your child’s magical December experience!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What age is Wimsykit designed for?
Wimsykit is designed for children aged 4 to 10, the golden years of Christmas magic. At this age, children are old enough to engage independently with the activities, and young enough that the wonder of Santa Claus is still very much alive. That said, every child is different. Some imaginative 3-year-olds will love exploring the illustrations with a grown-up, and some 10-year-olds who still believe wholeheartedly will cherish every piece. You know your child best. Many families find it works beautifully for a range of siblings at once - older children enjoy helping younger ones discover the story.
Is it personalised to my child?
Yes. Santa’s letter is addressed directly to your child by name, making the experience feel genuinely, unmistakably theirs. A few other pieces also carry small personal touches… because magic is always more powerful when it knows your name.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What is my role as the parent?
You are the official messenger between the North Pole and your child — the trusted courier through whom all dispatches travel.
Your kit includes a parent guide that organises every piece into two simple categories:
Open on this day, pieces with a suggested date, such as a letter, a newspaper, or a keepsake document. Your job is simply to hand it over at the right moment, and read it aloud if your child would love that.
Activity, things to do together or let your child explore on their own. Join in as much or as little as your day allows — there is no wrong way to take part.
The two recipe cards are the one exception: these are best enjoyed with a parent nearby, both for safety in the kitchen and for the pleasure of making something together.
Beyond that, everything is ready to use as it arrives. No printing, no special tools, no preparation required. December is busy — Wimsykit is designed to take some of your load off, not add to it.
What if I have more than one child?
Magic shared is magic multiplied! Each Wimsykit is personalised, so every child gets their own story. That way, siblings can each experience the wonder of December in their own unique way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if my child asks whether Santa is real?
That is always a tender moment, and every family navigates it in their own way. Wimsykit is designed to honour belief while it lasts - crafted with the kind of care and detail that makes wonder feel entirely plausible. Whatever your family believes, the stories and keepsakes are worth holding onto long after December.
